「24時間ではありませんがフロントの方の感じや対応が非常に良かったです。 日曜でもクリーニングを受け付けてくれ、仕上がりも翌日だったので、土日開いていないクリーニング店が多い中で大変助かりました。 ハウスキーピングも日曜以外は毎日実施していただけました。 また、長期滞在期間中通しで使える部屋が空いておらず、期間を2つに分けて別々の部屋を予約していましたが、実際には一つの部屋を通しで用意してくださったのも非常に助かりました。」

「Martin was a great host - extremely communicative and helpful to get me to my destination despite the jet lag and slightly confusing train schedules. He ensured I had everything needed and even offered to iron my shirts when I asked if there was an iron in the apartment!!
