「Best hotel in the area. Only thing was that there's no people at the reception (I never saw any of them in my 10 nights stay) so in the case of urgency you need to text message them, of which response will be received the following morning. However, you can pick some necessary items such as towels, toilet papers 24/7 so I didn't get in trouble much tbh. It was so nice to be able to use the laundry 24/7 too. I'll defo come back」

「親子2人で３泊しました。地下鉄出口からすぐのところで便利でした。徒歩５分くらいのスーパーで食料品や日用品を買い、キッチンや食洗機も使って楽しみました。ただ換気扇が無いのであまり本格的な料理は匂いが篭ります。大きめの鍋に野菜とソーセージを入れてスープを作り、やや外食で胃が疲れがちなので助かりました。大きな通りの交差点にありながらホテル内はとても静かで、隣の音も聞こえず快適でした。」

「6月中旬に家族と滞在しました。部屋は非常に綺麗です。キッチンがあるので、近くのスーパーで食材を買って料理出来たのが良かったです。子供が小さいと外食も大変なので。ただ冷房がなく、夕方になると西日が直撃してかなり暑くなりました。窓を全開にして、扇風機でしのぎましたが、快適とは言えませんでした。夜中までかなり人通り、車の通りが多い立地なので、窓を開けているとうるさいです。暖房はあるので、冬の滞在はもっと快適になると思われます。」

「We stayed as a group of 4 people for 4 nights in the Penthouse apartment. Everything was excellent. If there was one critique it would only be that one bathroom has the hand held shower within a high bath which is not always suitable but the other bathroom was a flat walk in shower. Highly recommend, great for socialising with the upstairs rooftop area too. Fantastic stay」

「Numa had the wrong mobile number for me so its text with the check-in code was returned undelivered. However they didn't try our email or to contact us via Hotels.com even though we had paid in full in advance. So it took 1.5hrs to get into our room. However, their rep at the hotel was amazing - very calm, patient and considerate and could not have done more for us. Once we had access, our room was really lovely, clean, airy and well-furnished.
