Väldigt varma rum utan ventilation. Ingen vask utan bara badrummet som man kan använda vattnet i. Bra tänkt med disken men det fungerar inte. Ingen internet som fungerar. Rimligt pris och nära till kommunikationer

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am S-Bahnhof Neukölln. Ein Wermutstropfen war leider die Kaffeemaschine.Sie befand sich im Reinigungsmodus und wir wussten nicht, wie man den abstellt. Auf unseren Morgenkaffee mussten wir deshalb leider verzichten.

Disappointing Stay – Good Location, Poor Room Condition I stayed at Apartmenthaus Berlin Neukölln while visiting Berlin for a gig nearby. The location was convenient, with good transport links, and the check-in process was very easy. Unfortunately, these were the main positives of my stay. The room itself was in poor condition and fell short of my expectations. There was no kettle, and although they offered a coffee machine as an alternative, the drinks were not heated properly. There was also a visible hole in the wall with electrical wires exposed, which was concerning and made me question the overall maintenance of the room. Another major issue was a foul smell coming from the bathroom in the morning. I’m not sure whether this was due to a drainage or plumbing problem, but the smell was unpleasant enough that I had to use air freshener and leave the bedroom window open to ventilate the room. The bed was also uncomfortable. The pillows were excessively large, making it difficult to sleep comfortably, and I kept sliding out of the bed. I’m not sure whether there was an issue with the mattress, but the overall sleeping experience was poor. In terms of customer service, there are no staff members on site, and communication is handled through an AI customer service representative. While this may be convenient for basic queries, it felt impersonal and dehumanising, particularly when dealing with problems. I would have much preferred the option to speak to a real person.
