「Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.」

No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. The studio was clean, the host communicated quickly and clearly when the VRBO website didn't so that we had no delay in checking in, the toiletry amenities were unexpected and thoughtful, and the prepared notebook of options for restaurants and places to visit was appreciated. 「Property work out great for an overnight stay in Philadelphia for 4 adults. Price was reasonable, property was clean and as described. They are very clear about the fairly lengthy flight of stairs you have to take to get to this unit, so do not book if you have issues with stairs or have heavy luggage that you don’t want to haul up several steps. Plenty of food options near by, as well as a couple coffee shops. Very nice place, with great host communication. Would not hesitate to book again....
