「My hubby and I enjoyed our stay at Woodland House at Coolfont--the bed was comfortable and the setting in the woods was a delight. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and they dealt with a problem we had right away. Our servers at the restaurant were very nice, and the lunch we had our first day was fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the breakfast wasn't as well done (our eggs were overcooked and the bacon was floppy). And at dinner, I ordered a drink from the bar which was so long in coming...

「Staff was very friendly and hotel was close to restaurants and gas stations」

「The property is newer, staff were friendly, and room was clean. Unfortunately the location is within a large mall and parking lot which made for a good deal of noise, even overnight with a few cars outside revving engines and playing loud music. The room upstairs was loud until 3am.」

「My husband and l came to the property about 1 something this morning. When we got there we checked in got our keys went to the room only to find the lights in the room on, the tv on the bed not made and dirty towels in the floor. We hesitated going in the room as it smelled like someone had freshly taken a shower. We went down to the front desk reported our findings the front desk guys called his supervisor to report his findings then we were told they would have to put us in a Queen size room...
