"Parking is very tight but free. Dated property. A but musty but Clean room. Go somewhere else for Bar and cocktails. No quiet relax room at spa; instead, a lobby with chairs. Excellent housekeeping and one male front desk person who is top notch customer service professional. Sunday brunch wasn’t bad for the price. "

"Stayed here for a gal's getaway weekend. Relaxing views from the porch - greenery and birdsong. Walking distance or a quick drive from downtown Berkeley Springs. Onsite parking. Charming home with some whimsical touches, including games, an organ, and a record player with an unusual assortment of options (disco, Kenny Rogers, Russian folk songs, and opera). Kitchen was well-stocked and worked well for the group to make dinner and breakfast. The company that owns the home sent plenty of communications. The only downside for us was that the air conditioning did not work well and it was a somewhat warm weekend. The bedrooms upstairs got a bit stuffy as a result and oddly the ceiling fans were only located in living areas, not sleeping areas. But still a unique and fun place to stay if you have a group and want to be able to walk to the town's main attractions."

"Parking was easy and the house is extremely accessible to the heart of town and everything you want to see and do. Beyond that, the house was knock-out gorgeous and fascinating with all sorts of interesting details. The owners clearly love the property and poured that love into the care they demonstrated in selecting the decorative accents and performing renovations. We had a group of 6 adults and we were all very comfortable in the house -- everyone enjoyed their stay. "

"The cottage is centrally located in Berkeley Springs and was otherwise very comfortable—warm, well equipped with a full kitchen and snacks, and a comfortable bed. During our three-night stay, the main issue was limited hot water, with only about five minutes available at a time, which made showering difficult. The host was responsive, but the hot water limitation did impact the experience."
