Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races

A very pleasant stay, with excellent service and a great location. What impressed me most was how quickly the hotel responded when there was a problem with our room. They arranged a room change promptly, which allowed us to adjust our itinerary with minimal disruption. We really appreciated the efficient and considerate service. THKS, TIANA The new room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for sightseeing. We could easily walk to the museums and other major attractions, and it was about a 15–20 minute walk to the Capitol. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and appreciated the hotel’s responsiveness and convenient location. I would be happy to stay here again on a future visit to Washington, DC.
