「Just an outstanding neighborhood with access to so many shops, strolls, and eating spots. Dustin was super communicative and the home was just what we expected from the listing. Would definitely stay here again.」

Lots of amenities thoughtfully arranged in the room, I had everything I needed and nothing felt cluttered. Erin's communication was quick and helpful. I would happily stay here again.」

Hunter checked in with us to make sure all was well, and after short local area internet outage, Hunter offered, and was over in 15 minutes rebooting and getting our internet access up and going again! Hunter saved NYE and our family reunion!」

「The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc.」
