「Site says desk open 24hrs. When arrived no one there. However, they nicely left an envelope with my name on it and directions to my room. At first glance we were happy. Then: -Opened fridge and an opened coke bottle was in there. -Pulled sheets up and there was a pen inside the sheets and hair all over the right side of the bed. -Shower pan black swirls Room wasn’t cleaned properly from prior guests.」

「The staff is great and the room was clean and comfortable. We were there with snow on the ground and we were disappointed that they didn't get a fire going in their community room. We wanted to sit and play games there but it was too cold. He said they only do fires on the weekend, which was really something I believe they should consider changing. People pay to stay during the week too.」

「We have been coming here for almost twenty years. The property could use a little tlc, but it also has a lot of charm. Pablo at the front desk was the best attendant we have ever had. He really made the experience better. Our AC was not working but within minutes an engineer came up and was able to fix it no problem. Room was very clean with lots of towels. Only downside was that the hot tub was broken for most of our stay. We LOVE the hot tub so that was a major bummer for us. But we will be...
