「This was an old property in remote Vermont near Okema mountain. If you are expecting 5 star luxury go elsewhere. If you are expecting rustic in a beautiful area of the country with nice people and service, then this is the place for you. It had everything we needed for a pleasant family reunion and stay.」

「If you are looking for a quiet B & B type experience, a little bit off the beaten path, then this could be a great option for you. Our room was on the second floor with a narrow wooden staircase which made it challenging to bring our multiple bags up to the room. We opted to pull a few necessities out of our main bag and just bring in a carry on, which worked fine. The rooms are lovely and comfortably furnished. The bed was comfortable. One of the "charms" of staying in a B&B type lodging...

「Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub (hot tub looked brand new!). Overall, the facility is dated and could benefit from a makeover. Also, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, which is normally not a problem in New Hampshire, but our weather was warm and humid at night.」
