「This was an old property in remote Vermont near Okema mountain. If you are expecting 5 star luxury go elsewhere. If you are expecting rustic in a beautiful area of the country with nice people and service, then this is the place for you. It had everything we needed for a pleasant family reunion and stay.」

「Highly dated room. Bathroom ceiling fan sounded like a helicopter so at night it was certainly an issue when trying not to wake each other. The AC unit was directly over the top of us, so if you like a fan blowing directly on you then fine. The AC worked fine just couldn't have it on while trying to sleep. The room was clean. Never had any contact with hotel staff, the room key was laying on the checkin counter along a note as well as everyone elses.The continental breakfast was as advertised....

Railing to second floor wobbled and staircase runner not tacked down; small room with 3 tiny tables and table lights, no light in walk-in closet, no place to open luggage. Bathroom across hall with tube/shower without safety hand rail or non-skid bath mat.」
