「Perfect room for a few nights in Manchester. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was close to town and a short drive to the local ski mountains. The contactless check in/out was perfect for be because I arrived late and left early. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「部屋がそれぞれ個性的で楽しめる。朝食がおいしい。フルーツやワッフルがおいしい。レストランから見える庭が素敵。徒歩圏内にレストランやお店があり、車で５分以内のところに、ホームセンターのような日本で言うとドンキホーテのようなドラッグストア、食品、衣料品、車用品の店がある。物価が高いけど、豊かな土地がらで安全安心でした。設備が伝統的なので、ドアノブの閉じ込め、すきま風はあります。暖房機は私の部屋にはありませんでしたので、フロントに確認したところ、セントラクヒーティングらしく全館暖房なので個別に部屋には暖房器具がないと説明を受けました。同行者の部屋にはありました。」

「Location was perfect , convenient, near downtown. Room was great , spacious , beautiful views, indoor pool was nice and big and also the hot tub , the only thing I wish that the pool was heated, water was very cold . Breakfast was simple , not lots of variety My only dissatisfaction was housekeeping , they never showed In the 2 days of our stayed , , we have to request towels at the reception and throw the garbage ourselves , definitely have to do better on that . Overall love the location...

「Way overpriced . I’ve stayed in other hotels in the area that included breakfast with hot tubs that are 50% less than this place. The place to put your shoes in the room had mud all over it. Maybe clean it before your next guest. 」

「Parking was right in front of the building. The place was very clean all over. Breakfast was included, they served pastries, bagels, yogurt, etc. Super easy check in process. The Chalet is only about a 5 minute drive from mount snow! So grateful to the staff who texted me to let me know we had left something behind and the room when they went to clean it! 」

「The staff were lovely but the property is definitely showing signs of age and neglect. The property needs to be cleaned up and maintained a bit better. Hot tub wasn't working when we were there. 」

「I loved staying here and can’t wait to do so again. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved the automated check in with clear directions. The entire place was decked out with awesome ambience and decor. I just wish the hot tub was working. It’s so close to Mount Snow too!」

「I arrived after dark and the hotel and the village were like a magical New England winter scene with sparkling lights everywhere. The proximity of the hotel to a typical New England church and numerous white painted wooden framed structures was a scene from our historical heritage. The hotel was reopened less than a year ago after extensive renovations. The outcome is a GEM. Decorations deserve an A+.」
