Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. 「Great house for 2 families to share. Owner was very responsive to questions or concerns. We got lucky and it snowed so we were able to ski on the side of the road back the house, otherwise it is a 10 minute walk if you dont want to use the shuttle bus. 」

「9月はじめに1週間ほど滞在。建物はやや古めでちょっと匂ったり、いろんなちょっとしたものが壊れていたりがある。が、2ベッドルーム、2バスルームにリビングダイニングで広さは充分。キッチンには洗濯乾燥機が完備。本物の暖炉も。ちゃんとつながる無料Wi-Fiが嬉しい。リフト乗り場からはやや遠いが、車があれば問題ない。三階建ての１棟に6室、全3棟あるが、棟によって駐車場から棟入り口までに階段がある所とない所がある。建物内にエレベーターはない。ストラットン内でのフロント業務はまとめて一カ所で行われており、ここも、常駐の係員はいない。」
