「Internet was horribly slow, heat was broken the entire stay and it took 2 days of arguing with the host before it was finally fixed, noise monitoring device hidden behind the tv, only one dining chair, bed was hard as a rock. overall the only reason to ever stay here is the location.」

「The only reason this review isn’t a 1 is the location. The location of the building is great. Communication with the host was terrible. I had to reach out to Vrbo customer service twice in order to get a response. The “apartment” is in the back of the house and couldn’t be accessed by anyone with any type of mobility issues. The host was supposed to leave parking passes for the permit only parking but they didn’t bring them until 9:30 pm on our arrival date. Fortunately we were not ticketed....

The bed was so-so, not the worst I have slept on, but far from the best.The heat was not what I would have wanted, but the host was going to look into it for the next guest. The shower water pressure was awful, especially for a woman with thick hair. Overall, this was in a perfect location and felt very safe. I would stay again if the items mentioned above were addressed. 」

「This was our first time using Vrbo and the apartment we booked was very clean, safe, and welcoming. Our host was very nice with great communication. There was a convenient parking lot within a short walking distance. My only suggestion would be to provide some additional items in the kitchen for preparing meals. 「Great stay in Lakeview, great location by the train station and such easy access to everywhere! Clean and bright! Great communication from host, as well!Only thing that could be improved is that the door to the apartment is not very securely sealed, the lock on the door works, but the door seems flimsy/easily pushed in if someone wanted to. We put a chair up against the door from the inside, but I’m sure that wouldn’t do much. Overall. 5 stars!!」
