「We had a wonderful experience at this location. Check-in was very easy, and the host was most accomodating with our early check-in request. The location is convenient to much of what we wanted to see in Belize City. The studio apartment was neat and clean with all of the accessories that we would have wanted. It is our plan to return to Belize City in the future and our hope to again stay at this location.」

AC if needed, little fridge and microwave for leftovers, clean and functioning bathrooms, TV WIFI. 「Loved the location, such an amazing place in the most convenient area right across from the beach. I could not of been happier with my stay in this little guest house. Everyone in the area was friendly and helpful as well, I have to note that I appreciated the cleanliness of the linen and the amount given it made a huge difference. The guesthouse is 3 min walk from the main road, The Split is less than 10 min walk I felt no need to rent a golf cart staying in this location. 」

「Joan and her family were very pleasant hosts. They provided great info and recommendations to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Although there was an issue with the refrigerator, Joan did have some cute decorations and treated us for breakfast for our anniversary which is super sweet. Ice was provided for the duration of the stay in place of the refrigerator not working. They did their best to accommodate us and we are super appreciative. The outdoor was beautiful and secluded...
