「The paddle boards and canoes on the lake made the trip really fun for teenagers. Right on a nice lake so it’s shallow enough to explore and also swim out deeper and much warmer than Lake Michigan which is close enough to drive back and forth from easily.」

「Stayed at this amazing updated lakefront cottage with my sister and niece for the Frankfort 70.3 Ironman race. Location could not be better. Cottage is updated and pictures are accurate. 「finally visited Traverse City for the first time, stayed here and enjoyed our time. It was only about 20 to 25 minutes away from downtown Traverse City. It was also a short drive to sleeping Bear dunes national Park, which was fun. Troy was very responsive to texts and emails and definitely went out of his way to make sure that our stay was comfortable and met our expectations. there was even a nice gift package with Thanksgiving cooking supplies waiting for us when we got there. We enjoyed the Interlochen Farm Market, and a concert at the Interlochen Center for the Arts. . The location made it easy to enjoy biking, hiking, pickleball, and wine tasting in nearby Traverse City, Sutton Bay, Glen Arbor, Empire, and Frankfort. It was perfect for our group!」

I would highly recommend a stay if you are planning to visit the Traverse City area. I noticed there was even a place to go kayaking about 15 minutes down the road but it was too cold in March.」
