「The property itself was spacious, and the blackout blinds were a nice touch, but that's where the positives ended. It's about a 20-minute walk to the city center, which was convenient. That said, the service was poor. Only one roll of toilet paper, and when we asked for more, staff acted as though they were doing us a favor. They were generally rude, and even simple requests felt like an inconvenience to them. The hand soap ran out and took two days to be refilled. Cleaning was below standard....
