「悪かった点・ソファベッド込みでツインの部屋だったはずなのに、ソファベッドの組み立て方の説明はされないし掛け布団やブランケットが一切用意されておらず、寒くてとても困った・カーテンが破れてボロボロ・部屋が道路に面していたので車が通るたびにうるさい・カーテンを開けると道路から丸見えになってしまうので防犯上の観点から閉めざるを得ず、部屋が暗かった・お風呂にシャンプーやボディーソープなどを置く場所がなくて不便だった・クローゼットの上段にドライヤーが置いてあったがわかりづらいし高くて取りづらかった・部屋のドアにドアチェーン的なものがなく不安だった・ホテルの入口が開きっぱなしなのにフロントにスタッフがおらず無人の状態のことが度々あり不安だった・チェックアウト時にもフロントに誰もおらず電話をしたら「ルームキーをデスクに置いておくように」とだけ言われたが、無人の状態で置いていくことにとても抵抗があった良かった点・チェックイン時に周辺のおすすめレストランを教えてもらえて参考になった・ペットボトルのお水やコーヒーメーカーが無償で提供されていて有り難かった」

「Very easy check in process and a great location on the coast. Property vas very clean and perfect for my wife and I. There was access to a small but well stocked kitchen and there is a grocery store nearby if you like to make your own meals.」

「It could have been great… the apartment is nicely updated and tidy, but DIRTY! The good news is, this is an easy fix and I hope the homeowner will take heed. The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty and full of the homeowner’s personal items-weird and gross! Additionally, the beds were like sleeping on a slabs of granite! We stayed two nights, and between the dirty bathrooms and uncomfortable beds, we couldn’t have faced another night! 」

「The stay was great and the host was attentive to our needs. I didn’t read the entire description and found out after grocery shopping there is no stove. Our bad for not recognizing “kitchenette” other than that we highly recommend and will stay again when we visit SF again. 」

「The apartment was very clean and quiet. It's in a good neighborhood convenient to Balboa Park BART station, a Whole Foods, and a Safeway. At most times it was about a 15 minute Uber ride or 30+ minute BART ride from downtown San Francisco. The only thing we would have appreciated is some other way to make coffee than a Keurig machine; we made do, but a cheap French press or pour-over drip would have been nice. Thanks for the great stay.」

「I really enjoyed it. It was small, but cozy. It was quiet. I enjoyed my stay here. It was clean easy to find and close to everything to catch the bus the train to get to all the activities. We did like Alcatraz Chinatown, and fisherman’s wharf. I really enjoyed this place. I will stay here when I come back to San Francisco. Thank you. 」

「The stay was very quiet and peaceful with the only exception of fresh avocados falling onto the roof once in a while, LOL. We enjoyed coffee and mimosas in their backyard serenity. Check-in was super convenient and overall place was nicely done, including games and darts for kids. In our situation, there was an unusual circumstance that was incontrollable by anyone and the owners were more than willing to accommodate and quick to respond. My only slight at our stay was that I am older and...

"会議場まで近く便利　receptionのスタッフの方が親切で説明が的確　部屋が清潔で掃除が行き届いている　飲料水と備え付けのコーヒーメーカーのサービスが有り難い　朝食は一度利用したが美味　野菜も十分摂取できる．少し難を言わせてもらえば他の部屋のトイレの音が気になった。　"

"フィッシャーマンズワーフにあり、海沿いのPierをのんびり散歩するもよし、ケーブルカーやヒストリックストリートカー、バスも近く街中へのアクセスもいい。ホテル全体やエレベータ・部屋の作り、バス・洗面の作りは古めかしい。美味しいと聞いていた朝食は正直、大したことはないがアメリカの中では良いほうかも。"
