「Nice 2 bedroom much different than studio and nice sauna as side benefit 」

「First of all, let me say this. We do not recommend this property. There are no instructions on how to check-in at the beginning. There is no support. When we managed to beat it to the room and opened the door, we were greeted with the most disgusting floor and smell I have ever seen. The wallpaper is heavily stained and the couch is completely damaged. Please note that the female owner who provides the service is also very poor. 「I used this accommodation as a private rental (minpaku), but there were multiple problems with both the cleanliness and the host's management. The cleaning was inadequate; there was a lot of dust on the floor and the air conditioning unit. The water areas were dirty, and the previous guest's garbage was left in the trash can under the sink. 「Had a really lovely stay here! The gym and pool were great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. A special shoutout to Layla at reception, she was absolutely wonderful! So friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. She really made us feel looked after and made the stay even better. Would definitely come back!」

「This property is poorly maintained. Dirty bed linen uncleaned bathroom fixtures. Overall stay away unkess you like an unkept space.」
