"Breakfast is amazing. Great location. Most smaller rooms don't have windows to the outside. Good for a quick overnight. The suite is gorgeous with a balcony and views all around the city. Lovely welcome drink and food in the room. We would go back."

"Overall we had a great stay. Since the ratings were so high when we booked, we were a bit disappointed that it did not seem to match the star's rating as presented however, it did not effect our trip. The location is central so awesome for exploring the old quarters. The front staff were attentive and always happy to help. Be careful when showering as water did start to leak out of the bathroom. I wouldn't shower on full blast and also point the water away from the shower door. I also found putting a towel at the shower door greatly reduced the water from leaking. The free breakfast was simple. You'll have to walk to their sister hotel for this. We really enjoyed their coffee and pho. They also had great little deep-fried buns. "

"Amazing hotel and the best in Hanoi ! This hotel is so luxurious and special in every way! The rooms are lavish with the most comfortable beds and are beautifully decorated with lovely bathrooms and amenities including silk robes and slippers. Whatever you need a staff member is on it so quickly and everyone is so accommodating and caring. A special thank you to butler Celine and concierge Yen who were just incredible! There is 24 hour butler service and a special lounge for tea and treats anytime if you book specific room options. Also there is a delicious breakfast. The hotel is well located and close to sites, restaurants and shops. It was truly an exceptional experience to stay here and my thanks again to everyone who made my stay so memorable! "

"One of the issues we had with this property was that it was in a run down area of the city, not very close to anything of interest. Breakfast was good, toaster did not work the 4 days we were there, but limited. "

"Bathroom walls and ceiling definitey need sound proof seriously. Room wall and floor shown bad water damages. Room keycard has an issue so a physical was provided to lock and unlock room. Room should not be available to guest until those basic issue resolved. Important: front desk personnel grading as poor. "
