We had an amazing stay here! The breakfast was amazing! The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was so lovely! Ken at reception was such an amazing guy, he gave so many good suggestions for food and places to visit too! Highly recommend!

Staff here are gentle, friendly and helpful. All equipment is clean. I love to feel locals living area a bit far from noisy crowded old town. I enjoyed some local Bia hois, cafes near hear.

We needed a quick accommodation and booked the first room we saw. When we arrived they blessed us with an upgraded room that made our stay even more comfortable! Kind staff and nice amenities.

The positive - staff were excellent and helped us to upgrade our room when we realized we had booked a room without a window (did not state this anywhere in the ad) and the room also smelled like mould. It was more expensive than if I had booked the larger room from the beginning. The main issue was the bed. It is an uncomfortable sleep - spring mattress that felt similar to sleeping on the train. It was clean but the bed caused us to have very little sleep. We were grateful to only be staying one night. We did enjoy the rooftop pool.
