Recommendable hotel

Pros: Superb room size. Good food. This hotel serves one of the best Salted coffee in Hanoi i have tasted so far. Its location is very near Times City for its parks and mall; it is also near good restos like Maison Sen and Porjai. Cons: our room at rhe 15th floor and even the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, although claimed to be a non-smokiing place. Hotel breakfast foods had a very few variation everyday.

Nice and Good hotel

I was very satisfied while I'm staying at this hotel - restaurant, Spa and even Massage with the compatitable price against the outside. There's a super market around 200 meter and big shopping mall called Times City(1Km from hotel), which is so really nice and well modernized. If you want to have a light meal, then you can find a very small restaurant around the hotel - noodle shop with fried rice. The location is not convenient but it's ok becuase of th taxi price. I'll stay this hotel when I come to Hanoi again.

Nice Hotel with great restaurant 17 floor

Hotel is on outskirts of Hanoi but only 10 min taxi to tourist sites and 30min walk through streets. Hanoi is worth a visit but no longer than 5 days unless you are visiting Hanlong Bay which is a good 4 hour drive. Main square is best place to be for food and evening entertainment but would not stay out later than midnight.

not close to Old Quarter nor restaurants

Internet and TV channels were very spotty. Pool was under renovation. They always had A/C and lights turned off in the sad gym so it was always stifling hot when I went to work out. We had little options as we booked our travel plans late so we endured it but not staying here again. For the price, this was not worth it. Lots of tourist groups go thru this hotel for only 1 or 2 nights so I imagine it's supposed to be a good value hotel, but the maintenance staff seemed always busy.

Its an OK hotel.

Really nothing fancy but a comfy hotel. At first booked/paid through expedia for total of four but the girl at the counter told us that they only had a booking for three. Couple of minutes wasted there but who's counting right? Other than that the staffs are friendly , the cleaning girls does an excellent job, restaurants and the morning buffet is quite good. Will I stay there again? Its an YES.
