「Elevator from parking garage was out of order. Had to carry my suitcase up 8 flights of stairs to access the hotel lobby. Asked staff at checkin to comp the 5GBP parking charge but they said the car park was owned by the town and they couldn’t do anything about it. This is unacceptable. The staff should have provided vehicular access to the lobby for unloading which would have been possible under the circumstances.」
「Our 5th consecutive stay over August bank holiday says it all really, fairly priced, excellent (free) breakfast and evening menu. Staff are always attentive, friendly and courteous. We’ll be booking for next year 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️」
「What a little Gem this place is. Immaculately clean. Beautiful room, with everything you need. Easy check in. Communication was great. Was even given a txt an hour before our check in time to say room was ready. We will definitely be back!」
「I’ve stayed here many times. Rooms are clean, tidy and well looked after. The TV is very small though, so if you want to watch something, it could be a bit of a challenge.
The hotel is in a safe countryside area. I like that there’s nothing else around, but others might prefer more nearby.
Hot fresh breakfast is good, but the coffee isn’t great. I’d like to see more fruit and yoghurt options as I don’t eat a full breakfast.
I’ll happily stay again.

「Overall the stay at 315 Bar and Restaurant was outstanding. The room was decorated to a high standard and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet and had everything you will need. On site parking is free. Food menu is excellent and a very high standard. View around the hotel amazing. 」

「The room was perfect for our needs, close to the motorway and where we were going.
The staff were very helpful too.
We didn't eat there on our stay, but returned a few days later to collect my husbands hoody, left in the room, and had tea there which was lovely.
Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.
