「The 18th century appearance of this inn evokes old style romanticism. The bar and dining area reflect the same. The food is honest pub fare. The room still smelled fresh from a recent renovation. The room was clean and the super king bed was very comfortable. Definitely worth the visit and keenly priced. 」

「It is not possible to say how wonderful this hidden gem of a location is. Stephen and Kris were wonderful guests. So welcoming and kind. It was our second to last night of our 8 night trip. A different place every night. Hands down, without question, the most exquisite location we stayed at while driving through England. Their attention to detail, exceptional. 「The room was big and spacious, the bed was firm and i slept really well. I was trying to see what mattress was used so i could buy one. I was attending a wedding in the local area was was ideal. The view from my room was a pitch behind the hotel and i heard cheering l looked out of the window and saw alot of naked men running around the pitch with a crowd, im assuming some sort of charity thing, but it made me laugh.
