My brand new shirt that I was ironing to wear for a funeral was damaged due to a damaged ironing board.
I had both the shirt and ironing board inspected by one of the reception staff who took photos of both to show the damage. The ironing board was replaced with a new one, unfortunately of no use to me as my shirt was already damaged.
No feedback from the hotel, asked Claire on reception about it two days later, she advised me that she would check with the manager who was on site that day.
Still awaiting a response from anybody at the hotel.

"We always tend to stay here for pur regular trips to Barnsley. Clean, nice staff and on our last trip, very accommodating to our specific needs (we had to cut our stay short due to the timing of a family bereavement). My only complaint is the quality of their hair products (i always take my own). ..."

Key Cards are a problem
"I entered the room 3 times during my stay and every time i had to go back down to reception to get the room key card reactivated."
