「The staff were very friendly and helpful. We Loved our stay at the Mathis House Victorian Bed & Breakfast and Tea Room luncheon. Beautifully decorated. Loved all the food selections. both Tea & breakfast. Rooms were lovely and very comfortable. Had a cute shop also. We loved the selections of teas & bought some for home. Highly recommend staying here.」

She has really put in an immense effort to take the Vrbo/Airbnb experience to the next level by transforming her home into an operational b&b experience for her guests. With prices on LBI skyrocketing in recent years it’s hard to find quality and affordability anywhere. Dawn has combined both and added hospitality and care as well. Do not hesitate to book!」
