「Great weekend stay at The Lighthorseman, spotlessly clean room and bathroom, landlord and staff most welcoming, huge breakfast! Decent selection of food on menu. Walkable distance to the city centre but there is a bus stop about 5 minutes away and taxis are plentiful. I would definitely recommend.」

「Checking was great, and the room was sufficient. However, when I went to use the shower in the morning, the bath had lots of debris, and gunk in it, presumably from the person who used it before. The carpet also hadn’t been cleaned, which put me off somewhat. The bedding did seem fresh, but I didn’t want to take a shower, or have a tea and coffee in the morning. The cleanliness really let this place down.」

「清潔でシャワーの水圧、水温も問題ありませんでした。 共用のキッチンも清潔に保たれており、必要な設備・器具・食器類も揃っています。 2歳の子どもを連れての滞在だったのですが、観光の途中で休憩に戻ることも出来る好立地です。 管理されている男性の方が子どもにも優しく接して下さり、ヨークでの滞在が良い思い出となりました。」

「Excellent site with great parking, accepts dogs into the pod and the costs of a one night stay we found very reasonable. Not many pod owners have just one night stays and that's why we stayed there. Give it a bash. 」
