「Not a 5 star hotel but gave 5 star because it was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. It was so convenient to be right by the tube. Had no problem with noise. 」

Very clean, light and good sized room with very comfortable bed. A convenient M & S food store next door. Lovely staff, particularly Julie, who was so friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. 」
