"We were shocked to find out that one of our beds had not been changed. We opened the bed only to find wrinkles and sweat marks, sure evidence that someone had slept in it and it had not been changed. Poor staff member or someone had made their bed prior to the staff member coming in and they didn’t check it, I don’t know? But it was an uneasy feeling for sure. Also the coffee pot been emptied and cleaned. I called the front desk and it was attended to immediately. "

"There are two beautiful hot tubs with mountain views and a fire pit to sit around. There is also a sauna. The hotel room was very nice and well maintained. The parking is covered so it kept the snow off of our car. It is one of the last hotels on the strip, so it is somewhat of a distance if you wanted to walk to downtown. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Room was clean. Bathroom more recently renovated. Older hotel but they’ve done their best to keep it clean & updated despite high use. "
