「Rude staff, watered down Marriott property with bare minimum functionalities for a tired business traveler. Front desk female clerk treated me TERRIBLE.」

「I'll start by saying that the "included breakfast" wasn't included. It's a sit down restaurant that you pay extra for. I also paid extra for a balcony room thinking I could save the elevator ride and walk outside, but you can't smoke on their balconies. There was a broken light fixture in our room, hanging by wires. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash hadn't been replenished, and there were dirty fingerprints all over the door on arrival. Also, no blowdryer. I mention that because I've never...

「Checked in and notified attendant we would need the 5:30am airport shuttle. Bed was comfortable but next to the pool which stays lighted all night and the curtains didn’t fully block it out. Arrived in the lobby at 5:29 to see the shuttle leave the parking lot without us. The attendant was unconcerned and stated “that’s why we tell you to arrive early”. An unanticipated delay and $15 uber ride. Not happy. 」
