"Clean hotel, decent breakfast, short walk to Disneyland and great parking. Lost a point due to some staff being rude and not helpful during check in and out."

"The only good thing about this hotel was its proximity to the theme park. The property reception area looks good but the hallways smell like smoke. The sheets and towels had a very strong bleach odor, good thing I brought my own. They charged me $34.5 for parking PLUS $5 parking fees!!!!! The shower was clogged and water would go up to calves, but the shower pressure was good!! We left our car keys and wallets in the safe but when we needed them, the safe wasn’t opening! We had to call maintenance to open it which took about an hour and we were late to our dinner!! I do NOT recommend this hotel!"
