"BEWARE OF PARKING SCAM!!! They give you a parking permit to staple to your parking ticket and tell you to place it on your dash and tell you nothing else about it. But you if have time to read it(unlike I did) in very fine print it states to not pay the parking price at the gate to leave, but to press the call button instead. But without knowing this naturally I left and paid the parking fee at the gate of 1.2.5 for 3 days which I thought was outrageous. So I called and they stated that they’re not in charge of the fees at the gate and that they would still charge me THEIR 7.5 parking fee in ADDITION to the 1.2.5! 2.0.0 for 3 days for parking!!! The supervisor was extremely rude and told me to direct my frustration else where and that I signed a binding legal contract(that was not emphasized even slightly of what it entailed) and who also lied and said my reservation was closed and he couldn’t do anything. Eventually I talked to someone with some reason/compassion and they said they wouldn’t charge me their parking fee and would talk to the parking gate company for me to get the 1.2.5 refunded. Other than that the shuttle is a great service and very quick and efficient. The rest of the staff experience was good, seems like one VERY bad apple. The buffet/restaurant is overpriced and basic but decent food. Rooms are spacious but bathroom is a tight fit. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartender was great. The pool was the perfect temp. The room, however, was incredibly basic with little to no amenities which made it challenging for us as a family with 2 little ones. The lack of bathroom counter space and absence of drawers meant everything was within our toddler's reach, making the little time we spent awake in the room very frustrating. The room also didn't include a coffee maker and the outlet for the kettle and microwave didn't work, although we never mentioned this to the staff. "

"The room was dirty—I found three bugs crawling on the beds. The floor hadn’t been swept or mopped, and there were hairs in the bathtub. At checkout, the staff member never got up from behind the desk; she simply asked for my room number and didn’t provide a receipt. When I requested one, she said they were out of paper and that it would be emailed. I have yet to receive my emailed receipt. Needless to say, I won’t be staying here again."

"The staff at the front desk was very helpful and attentive the entire stay and the convenience of the place in general is just amazing. So many restaurants, stores, and bars near you and of course Disneyland is just a 15 minute walk. The following day I got to use the jacuzzi and the pool which were delightful. They also have a very useful mini Mart shop for any emergency items or snacks you might need. It was easy to find parking in front of our room and the size of the room was spacious. Besides it being a little outdated/motel looking, it was still a great place to stay."

"The laundry was pretty useful in my opinion. But I highly recommend making change the washer and dryers are coin operated. Our AC did make us stuffy and our throats were sore. The bathroom was definitely smaller than I thought it would be. Lastly the staff were super nice and friendly. "

"Booked this hotel for the bi level loft. Let me start off by saying that the rooms were really spacious and the property was clean. The staff might have been the highlight for me. Incredible staff that were helpful, accommodating, and even saved some toys we accidentally left behind eve hours after check out. One of them they held for us until the next day. The breakfast was fine. Not much to ring home about, but it was nice to not have to pay extra for breakfast and the “make your own waffle bar” was a big hit. The only reason I am giving it it a 4 star review is the location. It was very walkable and it was never a problem in the morning. At night, after long park days it would be nice to have an option other than uber (although it was only like $10 including tip to uber to the park). I know it’s not Clemente’s fault that ART went down, but that was the only negative. We did walk basically the entire time we were there though it was totally fine. Just laziness at the end of the day (lol). "
