"The location is great with close proximity to the parks and restaurants, etc. The resort itself is very family friendly and includes an awesome splash pad, multiple swimming pools and even an on-site restaurant. The only issue that I had during my day was since this unit is on the ground floor. The unit that was located directly above us was extremely noisy, and you could hear every single footstep and movement. I actually had to go and speak with the tenants upstairs because the noise was unbearable and it started at around 4 AM in the morning after we were at the parks all day. The tenants upstairs did inform me that they just came in off of a flight and it was two families with about six kids in that unit. They told me they would keep the noise down, but it continued the next night as well, which was very annoying and extremely bothersome for me and my family."

"The Condo was extremely nice, very roomy, and comfortable. We loved all the pools. Bobby was extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive."

"Would rate the resort 8-10. Would definitely stay again. Many pools to pick from. Hot tub nice and hot. Exercise room fairly small. Never got to use it, as many people were in it. Had nice walking trail around the ponds. Saw a couple of alligators too. They had some soap and paper towel to start us off. Full shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom. "

"Beautiful decorated and clean! We will definitely stay here again! This condo was huge! Dishes and cook and bakeware, and most everything you need! Quiet area. Bed was super comfy! Had everything we needed to start our stay! Grand Orlando Welcome was quick to answer questions and attend to anything we needed. Great unit with washer and dryer. We love Bahama Bay, quiet, clean , safe to walk and lots of pools and spas. "

"Place was very clean and spacious. Loved the amount of pools and outdoor games offered. Lot’s of walking paths. People were genuinely friendly and helpful. Kitchen could have used a few more dishes and utensils, but was functional. Enjoyed our stay very much. "
