「Excellent bang for your buck! The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The café upstairs had a great selection of drinks and shisha. More importantly, the staff was extremely hospitable! Shot out to Mahmoud who regularly sat with my family and I in the lobby to have tea and give us great recommendations around Cairo. This hotel experience really made our Egypt trip great. 」

The culture within the staff is of equality and professionalism. I liked how the CEO Mr Mohasin, the owner, Mr Jalal would be as available to the guests as Mai, Saieed, Alwi from the front desk.

「The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful!!! Mariam at the front desk is the best!! So helpful so polite so friendly and made my stay excellent! Kitchen staff is great, all staff is willing to help at any time with a great attitude! The pools really nice and the breakfast has lots of options. The style of the hotel is a bit outdated, the gym has some options but not many, internet cut out sometimes but I think its a city issue, and uber/careem/taxis don’t like picking up jobs in the area...

"The lobby is full of bad smell of Tabasco as the cafe on the floor allows smoking. The second floor of restaois also smelly. Staffs are not trained well. I do not recommend this hotel.
