It was a pleasure staying at the flamingo hotel. The food, the amenities, the style of the rooms and the cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. I really enjoyed the balcony, full kitchen and shower. The staff Maryouma, Maram, Ivan, Mohamad Mostafa and the others were friendly and hospitable. I Enjoyed my time there.

It’s a nice hotel. Clean. Near the airport and just a short drive from many local activities. The building is relatively new. The restaurant is basic and serviceable with very comfortable seating. It’s a pretty quiet place, which I liked. It’s just a couple of blocks away from the more active streets. Like with a lot of Egyptian construction there is a lack of attention to detail which is not a big deal, but something to note - chipped finishes, strange placement of the bathroom mirror, shower floor is not designed for proper draining. Don’t expect a western level of ‘luxury’ but I found it all perfectly lovely. The best part of this hotel is the staff. Also, like most Egyptian hospitality, the staff was kind, friendly, and attentive. As a woman traveling alone I found it very comforting. I’ve already booked my next stay.

The hotel was fine - not super clean, but the staff were very very friendly and accommodating and the room was quite large. The building was new, but not very well-built. You could hear every, single thing outside the room, especially street noise. Thankfully, it was on a quiet street. There was also a strong mould smell in the bathroom and the shower door didn’t close properly so the bathroom flooded whenever it was on. However, the biggest problem were the blue lights on the ceiling. There were three of them over the bed and you couldn’t switch them off. They were absolutely blinding. Also, nb - Sheraton is an area of Cairo, and not affiliated with the brand.

Room was very nice. The staff was excellent as far as the room in the hall hotel was very clean. The breakfast was absolutely not up to any standard. I tried the restaurant at night so nobody there took more than an hour to get our food. They have a rooftop. I went two times upstairs there was nobody to help to ask for any for a drink or something to eat for the price of the hotel was excellent just don’t count and breakfast and eat somewhere else.
