「This was my first visit to Egypt. We were met at the airport and helped through customs. The view was fabulous. We arrived after dark and the walk from the car to the apartment was very dusty; although I was expecting sandy, the thick dust was unexpected. The apt manager was 5 Star great. She arranged wonderful transportation and was extremely friendly and helpful.」

「We needed a place to stay the day with our dog after our flight into Cairo until our landlord could give us keys to our apt. Navian was very accommodating and our dog loved playing with her dog and running around as we loved the pool and rest for the day. Navian even called us to check on us a few days later.」

Overall the stay was good, but the only down side is communication: 1st: The website stated that I don't have to pay until I am at the property and that I could cancel till the 30th of December, they called my number at night saying that I have to make a bank transfer in the morning otherwise my booking would be canceled, which is so...

「I liked the accommodations and how the room was arranged. Maybe more outlets for electric power in the lounge could be useful, since that could likely be the area where people work, etcetera. The staff was friendly and willing to help. I would only recommend more tourist-friendly features, such as information on places where to eat or see around. 「空港近くのホテルというだけあって、とても綺麗でした。カイロ市内の今まで泊まったホテルより断トツで清潔でホコリが全く無くことにビックリ。 シングルルームでしたが、寝室と、バス・トイレは別々の部屋でした。特に問題は無く。 チャットでのコミュニケーションもスムーズで、マネージャーもスタッフも皆笑顔で親切でした。」
