This floor has access to the walkout back patio with gas line grill, patio set and fire table for guest use.

-Upper level has a loft sitting area with full office desk and equipment and two bedrooms-1 with king bed and other with 2 twins which can convert to a king upon request which share a jack-n-jill full bathroom with standing shower.
