「They charged my card six hours before I arrived, the desk clerk at check in was rude, as well as rude and acted out out when I called and told her the AC in room wasn't working properly. She came up to the room and did something to the unit whick made it kick on and then said well the bed is in front of the AC and it's not a good design.
