「宿のスタッフはみんなとても親切です。トイレの流れが少し悪かったけど、すぐに対応してくれました。スタッフ間の情報連携もパーフェクトです。途中でパンクして、スペアタイヤで到着しましたが、車のサービス店を訪ねたら、どのタイヤサイズか確認した上でお店に連絡をしてくれて、これから行くと伝えてくれました。 Skytrek内の4WDツアーに参加しました。全ての場所がとてもきれいで、4WDでしか体験できないラフな道を楽しみました。」

「We had a short stay that we thoroughly enjoyed. Nice to see the cattle and horses moving about. Plenty of lovely birds came in to visit. Very close to Boonah and local pub where the food was really nice and beer cold. Very peaceful setting, would highly recommend.」

「Great weekend getaway. The weather did not spoil our stay. We had enough to do both indoors and outdoors and the views were stunning. 」

「Our family loved our weekend at Highlands Lake House. Sam was amazing to communicate with. Location stunning. House had great atmosphere. We loved the log fire and fire pit. Highly recommend. Only comment would be to Stayz that it would improve information for people with additional needs if you listed each accessibility feature rather than just a generic ‘wheelchair accessible’ comment. (Eg step free access to different areas including showers etc.) if you provided hosts with different...

「We had the most wonderful time. The accomodation was perfect for two families to spread out across and the animal loving kids just drank in all the animal experiences and then played endless soccer games on the huge back lawn. The outlook was just superb and we will definitely be back」

「We had a lovely stay at Rushy Creek Farm. The property is well appointed with everything you need for your stay. A special highlight are the indoor and outdoor fireplaces that made the house cosy on our winter weekend away. The property is in a perfect spot to explore this area of the south west and we would stay here again.Tracy is a great host who helped us when we needed more wood and posted back some items that we left behind. 「It was freezing outside but the cottage was cosy and comfortable. We were able to walk out and admire the views, listen to the frogs and birdsong and think about how hard life must have been there when the place was first settled. For our granddaughter - a city based 18 year old - it was mind boggling. Once convinced she did have phone reception and that snakes were not going to leap out and attack her she thoroughly enjoyed herself.」

「I’ve now stayed at Knottapharm multiple times and every time I pinch myself at how stunning the property is.To have wildlife casually roaming the property, the privacy and quiet of being tucked away in the valley plus all the comforts you would hope for in a country estate. I can’t speak highly enough of it.Leanne and Steve are also very diligent and caring owners who invest a lot of time in the property but also ensuring guests enjoy it fully. Our family can’t wait to return 」

"I came to Melbourne for my birthday trip. Vammy, the taxi driver, Mr. Sang from the hotel, and Akila from the concierge team prepared a surprise birthday gift in my room to cheer me up after I had an unpleasant experience on the way here (which had nothing to do with the hotel). I was truly touched by their warm hospitality and deeply appreciated the kind gesture. Thank you so much! The room and bathroom were spacious, with large windows offering an amazing view. I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt to everyone. "
