「The staff, Lewis, Ruth and Katherine were beyond professional! They truly went out their way to give me and my fiance the best dining and accomodation experience! Also hats off the chefs. It was genuinely the BEST food we have ever eaten! I will be bringing the rest of our family back to show them the experience we had! 12/10!!」

「I was a little on edge when firat booking my stay here, as i have never rented out a tent and there are not a lot of photos of the place that i was able to find. But i was very impressed when i arrived. The facility has a large communal kitchen with everything you would need to make a meal Including two refridgerators a small oven, a microwave and a couple of grills. 「Absolutely stunning jungle/ river property, lush and green. The large house is very spacious. It was comfortable in the July weather. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family. - no fly...

"I came to Melbourne for my birthday trip. Vammy, the taxi driver, Mr. Sang from the hotel, and Akila from the concierge team prepared a surprise birthday gift in my room to cheer me up after I had an unpleasant experience on the way here (which had nothing to do with the hotel). I was truly touched by their warm hospitality and deeply appreciated the kind gesture. Thank you so much! The room and bathroom were spacious, with large windows offering an amazing view. I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt to everyone. "
