「Check in and check out was not very good. They gave me keys with number which is not the room number, we have to call them to find out which room is. Luckily we arrived in business hours. We need to leave keys in bench top. However you need keys to get out of the building. I have to wait inside until somebody opens the gate to get out. 」

「Easy clear instructions to pickup key etc Apartment comfortable , very comfortable bed and nice linen good bathroom great shower , had everything needed for short stay Could have been cleaner in lounge and kitchen area , bathroom very clean except for back of door 」

「The property was listed as 3 bedrooms, but 1 of the bedrooms was downstairs off the back of the garage, no windows, not great if you had children, you would not put them down there while you were on the 3rd level.The Oven switched had no writing on them so we couldn’t use it. The TV didnt work we could only get NetflixI wouldn’t stay there again.」

「Check in was a breeze. Debbie the host was extremely responsive and very easy to communicate with. The location is half way between the beautiful waterfront and the upper Parnell neighborhood with lots of cool shops and restaurants. The property was clean and comfortable. 」

「We got off the train and walked to this property. It was a super short walk. Coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants close to the property. We didn't have a car but the garage would have been nice if we did. We couldn't find the hairdryer but it wasn't a huge deal. 」

「A very cute little place to stay while attending spark arena, jumped on a scooter, which were always nearby, for easy travel. A car park is available under the building, which made things easier. Check out got a little muddled, needing key to get into the garage, but needing to leave it in the room, but all was sorted.」

「Awesome apartment perfect location easy access to public transport. Surrounded by endless cafes, restaurants, tourist attractions & shopping areas across all of Auckland City. The different vibes & feel of each suburb that each has its own cultural identity. Auckland City is a multicultural destination full of different foods & market shopping.
