9/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
The aesthetic of the property if very beautiful the room was well designed and housekeeping was diligent in their work. However, its over priced considering the layout of the room we had. Nowhere in the booking was I aware they take out $350 just for the deposit and another $213 for amenities. You would think they would have that be assessed when you book the room. The pool was not heated or cleaned properly when we went out to enjoy it. The fitness center was very basic and small. We were charged for self-parking when we had already booked a room for 4 days. Im not sure who the parking spaces would be for other than the guests. The room service menu was over priced as well so we didnt order anything. You cant get full use of the tv because they fix it so you cant use the hdmi for external devices. They tell you that you can cast your phone to play apps to the tv but it didnt work for us at all. The dropoff car service was offered but it only takes you to a place so you cant schedule a pick up time. You are basically abandoned to find your way back. It’s pleasing to the eye but not worth the price.
