「Owners and staff were amazing. They lined up private tuktuks and boats when needed and gave great suggestions for places to visit on the lake. 10/10 recommend 」

「The most amazing view. We spent a lot of time just at the hotel because of the gorgeous view. You can also use the kayaks free of charge. Very close to the boat deck and very kind and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast was also included with our reservation. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was delicious」

「I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Casa Ki’iil. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was about a 7 minute walk to La Calle de las Sombrillas and a short tuk tuk ride to anything else in San Juan or San Pedro. I got the lake view room, had a beautiful view of the garden and the lake. The staff were so so sweet and very helpful. They helped me order a public/private lancha to the hotel’s dock, gave me directions and recommendations, and even helped me get into the lake with the kayak....

「Clean room and kitchen 」

「The complex was extremely well kept and the room was clean and comfortable. The complex was quite difficult to find even with the provided instructions, we only found it because a local showed us the route. The area has a lot of construction so it is quite loud during the day. The balcony was not used as we had hoped because the drilling was constant all day. Also it would be nice if the balcony had seating. The staff are very quick to respond which was helpful because the toilet did not work...

「Mala experiencia. Cobro de la estancia por duplicado ya que Hotel cobró de nuevo estancia cargando a la tarjeta. Problema reportado pero no solucionado: no reintegro aún. 」

「Nada de mantenimiento en la habitación estuvimos 3 días y nunca nos limpiaron el cuarto ni votaron las basuras ni nos dieron papel ni jabones , la cama de la habitación súper incómoda, no tiene ni aire acondicionado ni abanico. La vista es buena y los desayunos buenos también 」

「I had a good stay overall, but there was one serious issue. Around 2 a.m., someone opened my door and tried to enter my room. I reported this to the receptionist, but was told there are no CCTV cameras in the common areas. For the safety of guests, I strongly recommend installing security cameras.」

「The view of the hotel ia mind blowing. The rooms are cozy, warm and clean. I would love to stay there again. You need to know that the surroundings of the hotel have change, is more developed so that means more noises... But nothing too loud to handle. The food service is terms of food, everything is so good! But it's slow, in my opinion it goes well with the idea that you go there to relax and enjoy the view... So just be aware that it might take a while. You have other hotels nearby...
