「Visitors must be aware of the steep, difficult climb from the main road. Fit folx in their 20s and 30s won't be too fussed, but we're pretty fit for our 50s and it was a real effort. Handrails leading up to the yurts would make an excellent safety addition.
We stayed in the top yurt (#4) and the views are tremendous and worth the big climb. We requested breakfast delivery in the am and it arrived on time! Delicious.

「Everyone was so nice and attend. Kudos to the staff that carry the luggage to the rooms. Daniel watched our luggage until the boat arrived. I chose the right place to celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary. The only hip up was that my sister and husband couldn’t stay with us because it has too many steps to reach the restaurant and rooms. Other than that it’s the ideal place for people in good health to enjoy the lake and the property. 」
「The hostel is located right at the base of Santa Cruz which made it super easy to grab the lanchas. My friend and I stayed in a private suite which was really nice and cozy. The grounds of the hostel itself are stunning and so relaxing! They host family-style dinner's every night which was so wholesome and was a great way to meet new people. The only cons I will say is that there's only wifi in the common spaces, and wifi doesn't reach the rooms. Other than that, I loved my stay! 」
