The only thing i wish I had asked for was a room higher up only because we could hear the occasional train passing by. Otherwise, great location, spacious rooms, wonderful spa, and yummy breakfast. TV screen has a home page with a lot of useful information. Spa and great view from the 40th floor pool deck. When I come back to Osaka I plan to stay here again. "

"I stayed in a quad room. It was clean and there was ample space for 4. There were 2 wash basins and separate bath and toilet, so it was convenient. Room looks new and refurbished."

"Hotel is brand new and very conveniently located near Osaka Umeda station. While the room is typical Japanese business hotel, it had everything needed. The best part was the great communal bath on the 4th floor and the breakfast on the top floor. View was nice and even has a swimming pool, unfortunately too cold in November for a dip."
