"Overall my experience at the Omni was good just feel that check in fees and expenses could have been explained better before check in. Parking was a different story it was Terrible parking should be assigned in this place because when you get to your room there is no parking near your room and whoever's room is far away they go and park near yours for the convenience of the amenities around you and that leaves you having to park far and catching shuttles and waiting."

"Everything about this property and our stay was beyond amazing. As soon as we made the reservations, the property manager and staff started emailing me about special needs. THAT was amazing. I informed them that I will be traveling with my 2 doggies. When I checked in (early check in as requested), the amazing Eve asked about my pets by name (Audi and Benzo). As we chit-chatted, I mentioned that it was our anniversary. We went out to lunch, came back to the room, and walah - there was an amazing card and gift for us - chocolate covered strawberries and 2 bottles of nice-looking waters in a pitcher. OMG! That was fantastic! The hotel, the staff, the restaurants, the pool, everyone, everything, was just beyond amazing. Can't wait to come back. Audi and Benzo too. They loved it!"

"I've stayed here twice and both times were nice experiences in many ways. This recent stay had a few issues. The front desk staff person was pretty abrupt and not welcoming when I checked in. The restaurants are limited. I asked for my room service tray to be picked up and it never was. Just small stuff. The rooms are very nice and the Heavenly Bed is indeed heavenly!"
