The room smelt like harsh cleaning chemicals. The hot tub was green and a bit musty. The carpet was wet half of our stay, I do not know why. The photos definitely deceived us. Half of the lights did not work in our room, I had move the whole bed to get connect the table side lamps to work but flickered the whole night. Also most of the outlets sucked, we would plug in our phone chargers and the plug would just fall out. All in all we, I would compare this stay where a lot lizard would meet up and Make their stops.

First thing we encountered was there was only 2 pillows with cases on and the others piled sweat stained on the bed ,the rooms are way more small then the photos and no place to put the suitcase down . It’s a small old room that they’ve uograded some plumbing fixtures and drapes . The floor is a rubber floor that was really strange . It seems the place needs some tlc . Some cusions around the pool were ripped as well

The room was comfortable. The beds were comfortable. One of the beds made a lot of noise each time you moved. Both beds had four pillows each, which was nice. There was a door that led out to the balcony that had a swinging chair, which is really cool. There was a coffee maker and a small fridge. The shower was nice. It was a walk-in with a half glass door. The showerhead had a lot of pressure so it made it comfortable taking a shower. There was one little lamp next to the sink that made it hard to see yourself in the mirror. Lights above the mirror or over the sink would’ve been ideal. Our room sat next to the housekeeping closet, so try to avoid booking your room on the ends of the complex. By 830 am your sleep is over. The reason for my 3 stars is because the following morning at about 9ish, housekeeping was at the door. He knocked maybe 2 times but the time I got to the door, he keyed the door. The safety bar above the door was on and as I moved it he pushed the door open like he was raiding a drug house. I had to push the door closed because I pinched my finger in the door lock as he was trying to get in. he asked if we needed housekeeping and I said no. We left to go to town, and when we came back and entered our room, the beds are made towels replaced, and the trash was cleaned out. I specifically said no room service yet they still did it. WHY? Was there something in my room he wanted? I WILL NOT be staying here again due to housekeeping staff.

Front desk clerk Savannah was rude. At check in I asked if there was a vacant room on the lower level due to having heavy luggage and before I could finish with my question she cut me off and said no in the rude tone. I will not be staying there again.

The hotel premises were nice. Checking in there was no problem. Once I opened the door to our room is where the issue lies. The floor which looks like carpet was so sticky and gross to walk on that my white socks turned black from walking from one end of the room to the other. The front door did not have a latch only a lock it looked like it was torn out as you could see where the screws where to it. None of the plugs worked to just be able to charge my phone. The door to the balcony unless dead bolt locked would not stay closed.. the room itself was very stuffy and smelled like a room with no circulation only way to rely this was to keep both doors and window open but at night had to shut them all due to noise from the pool so did not get good sleep even with the ac going. The bathroom door closed and would not stay open that I even got my foot stuck in the door and twisted my ankle because it would not stay open and it made a squeaking noise every time it closed. The worst part of this hotel is I put my do not clean/disturb sign on the door but they still came into clean and my air pods which where on my bed with a few other items where take. Off and placed on the night stand but is now missing one of the ear piece's. I went to the receptionist desk to complain and while the guy was nice all he said was well I will let the cleaning crew know and have them look for it. I will never stay here again.

Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom, loved the pool view room. Gigis was great for breakfast as was the service. Floors were a bit dirty looking with stains and only 2 towels provided. Those two things can be improved, but I would stay here again.

The room was so small you literally could barely turn around. It was like having to climb over the bed for 2 people to pass each other in the room. Needs attention, old furniture, terrible flooring product used and huge lack of storage, drawers. The positive about this property are the outdoor spaces! Beautiful! Please make the rooms match the look and feel of the outside spaces

This place was so cool, the vibe, the furniture, just the whole experience was great! I can't wait to come back. Rooms are clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Staff was super nice. The pool area was cute with the fire pit to hang out at night.
