I usually stay at this hotel because I like the ambiance and DJ at the pool. The pool usually closes at 8pm, but they had electrical replacement issues that limited pool access to 6pm. The food is good and the staff friendly. The pool looks like it needs a good cleaning. Otherwise, I like this hotel and would recommend.

I’ve stayed at the Sagurao a long time ago and I loved it there, staying there now shows how things haven’t really gotten updated there for a long time. Service was great but the property does need some upkeep.

The hotel was very nice and in a good location close to restaurants and other attractions. The only thing that I would critique is the pool. There were no lights for an evening swim or dip in the hot tub and then the pool itself was full of leaves and trash.

The Saugaro " vibe" is alive and well. Please don't let the new owner change that! The wonderful free breakfast (made to order) is by far the best out there and the cocktail coupons are always a hit. Such fun!

We always have such a fun time at The Saguaro! The staff is wonderful—friendly, helpful, and one of the biggest reasons we enjoy coming back. We also love the free Drag Queen Bingo on Saturdays, which is such a fun addition, and the pool always has a great, lively atmosphere. The only downside is that the pool area itself could definitely use some updating. Also, when it gets really crowded, the pool water can start to feel a little gross, so I wish they were a bit more on top of keeping it clean during busy weekends. Overall, we really enjoy staying here and always have a good time. The staff, atmosphere, and fun events keep us coming back

Overall, my stay was okay. The hotel has a fun and colorful atmosphere, and the location is convenient for exploring Palm Springs. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. However, some areas of the property and the rooms could use better maintenance and updating. Cleanliness was acceptable, but there were a few details that could have been improved.
