A lot of attention and focus (marketing and promotional) are given to the pool area and events. THIS is what seems to attract people to the space. They had great DJs and a good pool space, and the color/design of the hotel was a cute aesthetic…but the entire venue is severely understaffed. Wait times were a little extreme (long), the gym was filthy (hadn’t been cleaned or restocked in 3 days-the length of our stay), cabana value was not it (stained couches, ripped tents, digital equipment didn’t work at first and took awhile for maintenance to come fix)…and worst of all-the “high speed” internet was TERRIBLE. Probably won’t stay again, but likely attend an event at the location.

Although we only stayed for one night, we found the Saguaro quite nice. The lobby was bright, the front desk staff was friendly, and the room was clean. We'd like to stay longer next time so we can use the pool and the other amenities. Our rate also included breakfast which was quite good. Friendly restaurant staff as well.
