"Greate location, close to train, convenience stores right across the street, Laundromat right next to hotel. Spacious room. Excellent Buffet. The restaurant on the top floor has amazing views of Tokyo tower and also Skytree."

"Rooms were air conditioned of course but outside the room (on all guest room floors, I suppose) was not air conditioned. I felt cold while waiting for an elevator. Everything else was very good."

On top of that, the location itself is very convenient as it is near a beautiful park, multiple convenience stores, a whole lot of restaurants, and is right next to the train station.
