「The house was clean and tidy. Communication was prompt and effective. The house is more vertical so there are a lot of stairs but we made it work even though we have 2 seniors in the group. One has difficult mobility, the property manager went above and beyond to accomodate us by setting a bed on the first floor. Luggage elevator is such a useful addition.
