"We stayed for a week, and our experience exceeded all expectations. The hotel is ideally located between Kyobashi and Takaracho stations, providing easy access throughout Tokyo and saving us a great deal of time. Takaracho is also served by direct Access Express trains to Narita Airport. Our return trip took about 80 minutes with no transfers.
Having a FamilyMart on the ground floor was extremely convenient for breakfast, drinks, and souvenirs. There are also many restaurants near Kyobashi Station.
The hotel was always spotless, and every staff member was exceptionally kind and helpful. Sending our suitcases to the airport was also very easy.
The hotel offers a paid laundry service, with each item priced separately. Since we had a large amount of laundry, we used 39 Laundry, a laundromat about five minutes away. Washing and drying cost 1,200 yen and took about 45 minutes. While we waited, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the nearby PRONTO café.
We also loved the complimentary coffee in the morning, afternoon snacks, evening cocktails, and nighttime ochazuke. Everything was delicious. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo."
